Examination process
- At first the selection will be based on the marks of their examination. 85 marks allotted for clearing the first step. 15 marks allotted for the interview. Reservation will be followed according to the rules.

The starting salary of a village revenue officer stars from Rs. 7740/- at entry level without perks and allowances. Taking these allowances into consideration the average pay scale of the revenue officers in villages reaches to Rs. 12, 000/- per month including grade and allowances.
Higher posts like Junior and Senior Assistant, Tahasilder, Deputy Tahasilders are able to draw up to Rs. 23, 040/- per month including allowances and grades.
