As per the recommendation of the 7th Pay commission, it has been proposed that the Grade Pay shall be removed for the central as well as state government employees. Instead of that the minimum pay scale will be increased. For a high court lawyer the minimum basic pay scale has recommended to be increased along with allowances and perks.
